As promised before I want to show you the stamps I carved for my swap package to Singapore. :)
I carved this address frame stamp for decorating the envelopes:
And these flower stamps to embellish everything. I used them for the envelope and the stationery paper for instance:
I also carved three stamps with texts, one for the date in the header of a stationery paper, one ps stamp for extra ps paper and one mail stamp:
I made this bird love stamp for those cute little tags. :)
The last one is this origami crane stamp for the back of the post cards I made:
I love origami cranes! I've learnt how to fold them when I was a little girl. I was told if you fold 1000 of it, the gods grant you one wish. :) I never managed to fold 1000 of it, but maybe you want to give it a try? ;)

Isn't it such a relaxing thing to carve! Lovely!
ReplyDeleteYes! Carving is like meditation! ;)
DeleteThese are beautiful! You are so talented. I'd love to see what you receive from the stamp swap!
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a stamp swap. I made the stamps for a stationery swap to Singapore, which I showed you already. :)
DeleteI love all of them they are pretty and wonderful. thank you so much :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! The tree leaves and the PS stamp are so adorable! By the way... Did you carve erasers or clay? Awesome work!!
ReplyDeleteI use the carve blocks "Speedy Carve" by Speedball. They're perfect for carving stamps! :)
DeleteOh! I would have never known! Thanks :)
Deletewonderful little stamps :) i also use Speedball carving mats and also the Speedball cutters and Im very happy with them! A girl from Etsy who lives in Hong Kong has sent me some samples which I still havent used but I think that Speedy Carve is one of the best ones! and thick enough to carve the back side too :p I also love cranes and it is becoming a ritual to fold some every morning before breakfast :) I will make beautiful gearlands for my home and the shop :) Great to see that there are so many of us that carve!
ReplyDeleteIf you try the other carving blocks out, let me know. :) Speedball also have another carving block "Speedy Cut". I have one of them too, but I've heard that they aren't as good as the pretty pink ones, so I've never tried it out. ;)
DeleteCrane garlands are wonderful! Want to make origami garlands for our home too! :) :) :)
I'm really impressed by your crafting.
